Years on, the business has grown, and I’m incredibly grateful to have such an amazing network of free range producers and a team of staff who represent my core values. At Le Melt we are all about comfort food done right. We specialise in grilled cheese toasties, think golden, crunchy sourdough packed with flavour, quality and local ingredients sourced from Victorian producers using only free range proteins.

Some of our favourites include the Reuben, our Tuna and Hammy Melts and our Spicy Schnitz. And because nothing goes better with a toastie, we serve up Supreme Coffee, milkshakes and our smoothies full of Queensland fruits, bright, fresh and made to order.
