Laurent Boillon the founder, first arrived in Australia in January 1991. Prior to coming to Australia, Laurent spent time at the world famous Lenotre in Paris. Founded by the godfather of pastries and cakes, Gaston Lenotre. It was at Lenotre that Laurent learnt his trade in an organisation widely regarded as the best in the world. Highly qualified bakers and pastry chefs at our state-of-the-art production facility in Melbourne and Sydney Australia, supply fresh products not only to Laurent signature stores, but also to an ever increasing wholesale trade, including some of Australia's most prestigous restaurants, hotels, airlines and many well known catering organisations. |
